can read DVD-R media but older players may not be compatible

Aikido Curriculum video series consists of seven instructional DVDs which guide the student step by step through the entire Aikido curriculum from beginning stage to the most advanced stage. The DVDs are professionally produced in vivid color and include slow motion and two different views of each technique.
